National Closed Road Circuit

Carmarthenshire's premier event venue

The National Closed Road Cycling Circuit at Pembrey Country Park is the first in South Wales and further compliments Carmarthenshire's aspiration to become the cycling hub of Wales.

The 1.9km long,6m wide circuit designed to British Cycling standards provides a safe, traffic-free environment for coaching and training sessions; and was used to stage competitive cycling competitions, such as the Grand Depart, Tour of Britain in September 2018 and the final of the OVO Energy Women's Tour 2019.

The track is also suitable for other events such as Athletics, Triathlons and Roller Skiing.

Members of the public are able to access and use the circuit free of charge (subject to the conditions of use) when no bookings have been made.
