Carmarthenshire County Council is inviting applications for a range of commercial concession opportunities across its Outdoor Recreation sites.
We are seeking experienced, innovative and customer-focused operators to provide services and activities that enhance visitor experiences while supporting the continued growth and development of our popular destinations.

Application Information
Applicants may apply for one or more concession opportunities. Each opportunity will be assessed independently against the published evaluation criteria.
The Council is seeking operators who can demonstrate:
- Excellent customer service standards
- Relevant experience and operational capability
- Safe and professional working practices
- Environmental responsibility
- Community and wellbeing benefits
- Financial sustainability and value for money
The Council reserves the right not to make an award where no suitable application is received and does not meet the essential criteria outlined in the submission checklist.
