What time can I arrive?
You can check in to the campsite from 2pm. Do not worry if you arrive early – You can still enjoy the park, beach, and activities.
What is the latest I can check in?
Last Check in is at 8pm please ensure you are onsite prior to this time.
What time do I have to leave?
You need to be off the campsite by 12pm to make sure everything is ready for the next lot of campers to enjoy!
What if I am not ready to leave by 12pm?
Do not worry. You only need to leave the campsite. You can still enjoy the rest of the park and its facilities.
What is the minimum number of nights I can stay?
We have a minimum of 2-night stay with a minimum of 3 night stay on Bank holidays. if you wish to book for one night you can ring for availability on the day
How many dogs can I bring?
You can bring up to three dogs per pitch.
Can I bring any other pets?
No other pets are permitted.
What does a fully serviced pitch include?
Fully service includes electric, grey waste and water.
How many amenity blocks do you have?
There are two amenity blocks with male and female areas, including a family room and an accessible room.
I have a tent-Can I have electric hook up?
Great news- Yes, you can!! You can book a PAYG electric pitch on Field P
What amp is the pitch?
All pitches are with the option of having up to 16 AMP electric.
What connections do I need to bring with me?
For an electric pitch you will need to bring an electric cable hook-up lead
For a fully serviced pitch you will need grey waste pipe at least 10m long, a water pipe at least 10m long& electric cable hook-up lead. These can be purchased from the Visitor Centre
Can I have more than one unit on my pitch?
No, we only allow one sleeping unit per pitch as per our Health & Safety regulations.
How big is my pitch?
Your pitch will be a minimum of 10m by 10m.
Can we book a specific pitch?
You have the option of 'Pick a Pitch' which will guarantee your pitch you choose.
Can we recycle?
Yes, as per Welsh Government law for campsite, recycling is compulsory.
Are electric bikes permitted?
Yes. We have electric points to charge e-bikes at the Ski & Activity Centre
Are electric scooters permitted?
No. E-scooters are illegal in the UK apart from specific test cities. and use on private land with owner’s consent. We do not allow the use of e-scooters within Pembrey Country Park
I wanted a pitch without Electric do I have to use the electric?
No pitches on Row Q still have no electric but if you choose PAYG electric pitches it is entirely your choice whether you choose to purchase electric or not, it is your choice.
How much is electric?
Electric is charged by KWH and we charge you what we pay currently that is approximately 34p per KWH
How do I add on Electric?
Credit for electricity can be added in a number of ways.
BEFORE YOUR STAY:
Before your stay you can pre-purchase electricity via the guest area on our site.
DURING YOUR STAY:
During your stay you can top up your electricity either via the guest area on our site or via e-pitch.co.uk where you can log in with your booking reference and the PIN number on the front of your pitch side electrical hook up unit.
IF YOU RUN OUT OF CREDIT:
If you have run out of credit, the PAYG system will take a few minutes to switch your power back on after you make a payment. The fastest way to add credit and turn your electricity back is to do this via the e-pitch.co.uk website using your booking reference and the PIN number on the front of your pitch side electrical hook up unit.
Numerous ways to add on the electric, the easiest way is to log into your booking on either the app or through the guest area log in on our website, this will allow you to add on what is required?
I don’t have a signal onsite how do I do it?
All of our building have WIFI so you are more than welcome to log on in there alternatively if you go to the campsite gatehouse by the entrance to the campsite we will have a tablet there that you can use.
I am staying for a weekend how much electric should I be buying?
The amount of electricity you need depends on your vehicle type and your usage level, Price is at 35p per kilowatt.
How do I know if my electric is running low?
You can log in and check your balance via the guest app at any time. When your balance reaches £1.50, you will receive a text reminder to top up from e-pitch.co.uk
I don’t want to purchase via the online method can I purchase another way?
You can pay via the visitor centre who can apply credit to your account on receipt of payment.
What if I have money on my account when I check out?
We will automatically refund if there is no money owing on the account.
How much in advance do I need to buy electric prior to arrival?
The electric purchase will be instantaneous to your booking so when you check in your electric will be available
What cables do I need to use the electric on a PAYG pitch?
You will need a 25m Hook up lead which can be purchased from our Visitor Centre or any reputable camping shop
I have a fully serviced pitch do I need to purchase electric
No the electric is already installed and within the price of your pitch
Can I do other things with my Guest area?
Yes you can book many activities or add an extra vehicle
