Fishing Permits & Rules

📌 All visitors must purchase an annual permit or day ticket from the MiPermit link before fishing.

📌 Night fishing is exclusively for annual permit holders.

📌 Day tickets are valid from dawn till dusk.

📌 Rangers and volunteer bailiffs will be on-site to check permits and inspect rigs for safety.

General Rules for All Lakes

✔ Maximum of two rods per angler – rods must NOT be left unattended.
✔ Litter must be taken away and disposed of properly.
✔ Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
✔ Carp care essentials required, including an unhooking mat, landing net (minimum 42”), and carp-friendly antiseptic.
✔ Catch and release only – no fish to be taken away.
✔ Valid rod licence required.
✔ No bait boats, fixed rigs, lead core leaders, fires, barbecues, or loud music.
✔ Fishing must be from designated swims only.
