What time can I arrive?

You can check in to the campsite from 2pm. Don’t worry if you arrive early – You can still enjoy the park, beach and activities.

What is the latest I can check in?

Please make sure you’re here by 8pm at the latest – the camp wardens work long days and deserve time to relax before their evening patrols.

What time do I have to leave?

You need to be off the campsite by 12pm to make sure everything’s ready for the next lot of campers to enjoy!

What if I’m not ready to leave by 12pm?

Don’t worry. You only need to leave the campsite. You can still enjoy the rest of the park and its facilities.

What is the minimum number of nights I can stay?

We have a minimum of 2-night stay

How many dogs can I bring?

You can bring up to 3 dogs per pitch

Can I bring any other pets?

Animals usually kept in cages – guinea pigs, hamsters etc are ok but you can’t bring cats.

What does a fully serviced pitch include

Fully service includes electric, grey waste and water

How many amenity blocks do you have?

There are 2 amenity blocks with male and female areas, including a family room and disabled room

In total there are: 8 male toilets and 8 urinals, 10 female toilets

12 male showers, 12 female showers

I have a tent-Can I have electric hook up?

Great news- Yes you can!! You are able to book a fully serviced pitch

What amp is the pitch

Electric pitch is 10amp. Fully serviced pitch is 16amp

What connections do I need to bring with me?

For an electric pitch you will need to bring an electric cable hook-up lead

For a fully serviced pitch you will need grey waste pipe up to 25ft, water pipe up to 25ft & electric cable hook-up lead

Can I have more than 1 unit on my pitch?

No, we only allow 1 sleeping unit per pitch as per our Health & Safety regulations

How big is my pitch?

Your pitch will be a minimum of 10m by 10.8m

Can we book a specific pitch?

You have the option of 'Pick a Pitch' which will guarantee your pitch you choose

Can we recycle?                                                                  

Yes. We insist that you do! This is extremely important to us. We recycle everything we can at the campsite, doing our bit for the environment.

Are electric bikes permitted?

Yes. We have electric points to charge e-bikes at the Ski & Activity Centre

Are electric scooters permitted?

No. E-scooters are illegal in the UK apart from specific test cities. and use on private land with owner’s consent. We do not allow the use of e-scooters within Pembrey Country Park
